We have built 48sq double story house with 'Dev Builders" in "Westbrook estate, Truganina". We had a great experience building with Dev Builders. The whole team was professional, supportive, and easy to deal with throughout the entire process. The quality of work, communication, and attention to detail were excellent from start to finish.

Special thanks to Alapbhai for helping with quotes and all office related support. He was always approachable, responsive, and made the paperwork and planning process smooth and stress-free.

Also, a big thank you to Anujbhai for assisting with selections and guiding us through the design choices with patience and good suggestions.

Kuldeepbhai did an amazing job supervising the construction work on site. He ensured everything was completed properly, on time, and with high standards of workmanship.

Overall, we are very happy with our new home and would highly recommend Dev Construction Pty Ltd to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy builder.

We began designing our house in early 2024. Aalap ji was invaluable throughout the process, sharing his expertise to help us maximize every buildable space. He guided us on how each area should be planned and utilized. Anuj ji assisted with the colour selections, giving us a realistic vision that is now visible everywhere in our home. During construction, Kuldeep ji suggested improvements that made everything even more perfect. Together, the trio helped turn our dream into reality. ☺️
